CASE STUDY: WtC x Callahan Real Estate

Welcome to Campfire partnered with Callahan Real Estate to create a bespoke performance experience for the tenants of 110 North Wacker, a stunning riverfront property in downtown Chicago. Nestled between the skyline and the river, the performance transformed the building’s open-air terrace into a visceral channel for movement and sound.

Guests listened to Marc Cardarelli’s 4D immersive score through Silent Discount headphones, each individual immersed in their own personal but parallel sound world. As the sun set over the Chicago River, audience members experienced the space in an entirely new light where architecture met atmosphere. Designed specifically for the building and its community, this activation brought fresh attention and elevated creative value to the property, offering tenants not only entertainment, but also a memorable, unusual, site-specific work of art.
